From the first pour to the last piece added, this candle is charged with the intent of encouraging the release of the things or people who hold you back, those lower vibrations must go so we can shed the skin of the constant people pleaser, the healer who heals everyone else but themselves, the giver that gives to those that just take and take and take. This candle is for the transformation that comes from releasing those things that stunt your growth.
Larger items can be removed before burning and placed at base of candle. Energy will emit from there. Herbs/chips can remain in candle and will sink down as it burns.
